Carrot and apple cheesecakes in vanilla sauce

For cheesecakes. Ingredients:
(133kcal, b – 6.8g, f – 2.9g, y – 19.9g)

cottage cheese – 1 pack (250g)
semolina – 3-4 tbsp. l.
sugar – 2-3 tbsp. l.
carrots – 1 large
apple – 2 pcs.
egg whites – 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar
ground cinnamon

Cooking method:
Grate carrots and apples. Combine cottage cheese with apple-carrot mixture, sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Stir. Whisk the egg whites until foamy and fold into the curd mixture. Form cheesecakes from the mass. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes at 180C. Drizzle with vanilla sauce and serve.

Vanilla sauce. Ingredients:

egg (yolk) – 2 pcs.
сахар – 2 ст.l. (depending on how sweet you want)
milk – 1 glass
vanillin

Cooking method:
Желтки растереть с сахаром, влить молоко и добавить vanillin. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Cheesecakes are soaked in sauce and just melt in your mouth.
