Tender and fluffy cheesecakes (no eggs)

Ingredients:

●cottage cheese up to 17% fat (two packs of 180 g each)
● pinch of salt
● sugar 1-2 tsp.
● flour 1 tbsp. l.
● flour for rolling
●vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking:

Add a pinch of salt, sugar to the cottage cheese (you shouldn’t put a lot, otherwise the cheesecakes will turn sour from the syrup, require more flour, as a result, they will be tough and tasteless and burn) and 1 tbsp. l.муки. Mix well. I used a pusher with holes. Curd should not stick to your hands.

To make the cheesecakes the same size, I rolled up a thick cottage cheese sausage and cut it into pucks.

Roll each puck lightly in flour, trim.

Add enough oil to the pan, heat it up strongly, put the cheesecakes, cover with a lid, reduce the heat (3.5 out of 9) for electric.

Do not touch them, do not move, do not disturb until the bottom is browned. Turn over and fry again under the lid until cooked.

You can add any filler to the cottage cheese, to your taste: raisins, bananas, apples, dried apricots .. It was delicious for me just like that.
