Oatmeal Banana Cheesecakes

This is a more “healthy” recipe for cheesecakes, in which we change flour for oatmeal and semolina. And the banana taste does not let all this beauty be boring.
Ingredients:

cottage cheese 9% – 500 gr;
eggs – 2 pcs;
lemon (zest) – 1 pc;
vanilla extract (sugar) – 1 tsp;
sugar – 2 tablespoons;
finely ground oatmeal – 3 tablespoons;
semolina – 3 tablespoons;
bananas (ripe) – 2 pcs;
vegetable oil;
honey or maple syrup for serving
Step 1
We send cottage cheese and eggs into a bowl, mix. I do this with a metal pusher for mashed potatoes with holes (already wrote about this) – it stirs perfectly. You can use a mixer.
Step 2
Then add the lemon zest, three gently, without touching the white layer, it is bitter.
Step 3
Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix.
Step 4
Then we send semolina and flakes to the dough, mix again.
Step 5
Mash one banana with a fork.
Step 6
Add the banana puree to the batter and stir.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We form cheesecakes with wet hands and send them to fry, a couple of minutes on each side.
Step 8
Cut the second banana into slices.
Step 9
Serve cheesecakes with bananas, sprinkled with honey or maple syrup.
