Cheesecakes with carrots and pears

To make cottage cheese pancakes with carrots and pears, you will need:

Cottage cheese 400 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 pc.
Pear 1 pc.
Sugar 4 tbsp
Vanilla sugar
Flour 3-5 tbsp.
Vegetable oil
Cooking a dish according to the recipe “Cheesecakes from cottage cheese with carrots and pears”
Rub cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Peel the carrots and pears and grate them on a fine grater.
Mix both masses until smooth.
Gradually add the sifted flour, mix well.
Spread the dough for cheesecakes in a pan with heated vegetable oil using a tablespoon.
Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
Serve cheesecakes with sour cream.
