Vitamin Salad

For 2 servings:
– 1 small young carrot
– 4 large radishes
– 1 large cucumber
Refueling:
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar (can be replaced with apple cider vinegar)
– 1 teaspoon of honey (I had buckwheat) (by the way, if you are on a diet, but like sweet coffee or tea, then sometimes, about once a week, you can add 1 teaspoon of buckwheat honey per cup, this is not harmful your buckwheat diet won’t go wrong, my friend told me, but it’s better not to use salt or sugar with such a diet.)
– a pinch of sea salt
– parsley, you can also add dill
Chop vegetables as you like, you can cubes, circles, stripes, in short, whatever your heart desires
