Chinese cabbage, chicken and pineapple salad

per 100 g 56.94 kcal B/F/U 6.36/0.53/7.01

You will need:

250 g Chinese cabbage
200 g chicken fillet (1 piece)
250 g canned pineapples
80-100 g green onions
80-100 g natural yogurt

boil the chicken fillet, cut into not very small pieces
cut the feathers of green onions, which by the way grows on the windowsill))
finely shred Chinese cabbage
mix, cabbage, chicken fillet, onion, and pineapple (taken in pieces) and season with yogurt. Salt is not necessary.
