Vitamin-egg salad

Vitamin salad is very easy to prepare for a family breakfast. Given that it consists of only a few ingredients, you can leave no more than 15 minutes for cooking.
A great idea to combine two tastes in one dish, namely hearty and fresh, led to the creation of a simple but incredibly tasty salad. Boiled chicken eggs are an excellent base for creating original snacks, and when fresh cucumbers and spicy green onions are added to them, you will get a vitamin bomb literally in a matter of minutes.
For salad dressing, it is better to use mayonnaise sauce, and home-made mayonnaise, then the salad will have a more delicate and delicate taste. But, by the way, you can pick up the sauce in the store, as long as it is not very fatty and without specific flavoring additives (garlic, paprika, pickled cucumbers), so as not to disturb the basic fresh taste of the salad. I also sometimes dress this salad with sour cream.
According to the cooking technology, the dish belongs to the category of simple cold appetizers, so even a novice cook can handle it. It is only necessary to note that if the cucumbers are not garden, but greenhouse (and in winter they only happen), then it is advisable to peel them before slicing so as not to bring bitterness to the salad, as well as nitrites, which are just in it contains.
Ingredients:

– cucumber fruit (fresh) – 1-2 pcs.,
– chicken table egg – 3-4 pcs.,
– green onion (fresh) – 1 bunch,
– cold sauce (mayonnaise) – 3 tablespoons,
– salt – to taste.

Cooking

First of all, boil chicken eggs for 8-10 minutes in lightly salted water so that the shell does not crack. Be sure to cool them in ice water (preferably under running water) and only then clean them and chop them into a cube with a knife.
We wash the cucumbers from contamination and, if necessary, cut off the peel with a vegetable peeler – a housekeeper. Then we cut into small cubes.
We wash the green onions from dirt, remove unnecessary feathers and dry the greens with a napkin. Then finely chop it with a knife.
Mix eggs, cucumbers and onions in a salad bowl.
Add sauce and salt to taste with spices.
Mix and serve immediately to the table.
