Cucumber Salad with Sauce

100 g of this salad contains:
24 kcal
proteins – 1.0 gr
fats – 0.5 gr
carbohydrates – 3.8 gr

Ingredients:

Cucumbers – 6 pcs
Red onion – 1 pc.
Salt
Natural yogurt – 4 tablespoons
bunch of dill
Black pepper
Balsamic vinegar

Cooking:
Wash and peel the cucumbers, thinly slice them.
Peel the red onion and thinly slice into half rings.
Put in a salad bowl: a layer of cucumbers – a layer of onions – salt, etc.
Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours (so that the salad is crispy).
Mix yogurt, finely chopped dill, add pepper, salt and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Mix the vegetables with the sauce and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
