Baked omelet with sausages and vegetables.

Cozy, tasty weekend breakfast. Treat yourself and your family!
Useful bell peppers and sausages in a unique cheese-creamy mass already cause appetite during cooking. When baked, an omelette is more appealing with fewer calories than when fried.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS
eggs 6
Milk 80 ml
Hard cheese 100 gr
Sausages 100 gr
Bulgarian pepper 1
Onion 1
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

COOKING
Step 1. Cut the sausages and onions into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stalk and remove the seed part, also cut into small cubes. pepper, salt and pepper.
