Tomato and celery omelette

Delicious, healthy and hearty breakfast. Preparing quickly
You can add milk, then it will become even more tender. I deliberately didn’t do this so that the omelette would be denser. Because there is not much celery, it is only slightly felt and enlivens the dish. Tomatoes, onions and cheese do the trick too. Breakfast for a family of 3-4 people.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
Chicken eggs 5
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Celery 1 pc.
Hard cheese 50 gr
Dry spices 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 30 gr
Olive oil 1 tbsp

COOKING
Step 1. Break the eggs into a separate container. Add salt and spices and beat everything with a whisk. Finely chop the onion and celery. Cheese cut into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 2. Heat up the butter with olive oil. Fry the onion and celery until golden brown. Add tomatoes. We stir constantly. As the tomatoes are ready, pour in the previously beaten eggs and mix everything to evenly distribute the products. Add diced cheese and cover.
Step 3. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. (Make sure the bottom does not burn)
