Sausage rings omelet Pepper

A beautiful, colorful omelette is ideal for breakfast – a bright start to the day!
This cooking recipe is my secret weapon! Omelet with sausage – this word affects my husband in an incomprehensible magical way. He just falls into a state of mild euphoria at the mere mention of an omelet. For breakfast, I want to cook something quickly and tasty, and present it in such a way that one look at the food improves mood. And so the idea of ​​an omelet with sausage in pepper rings was born.

INGREDIENTS FOR 3 SERVINGS
eggs 3
Milk 6 tbsp
Hard cheese 70 gr
Butter 40 gr
Smoked sausage 50 gr
Greens to taste
Bulgarian pepper 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Spices dry to taste

COOKING
For an omelet, I beat the eggs, gradually adding milk, then all the fillers: chopped smoked sausage, grated hard cheese, finely chop the greens, mixing everything thoroughly each time. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices – I have a mixture of Provence herbs. I cut the peppers into rings 2-2.5 cm thick. We heat the pan with butter and put the peppers on it. Gently pour the omelet into each pepper ring. Do not be discouraged if it spills out a little, then the peppers are excellently removed from the total omelette mass. Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes over medium heat. When the omelet is ready, we transfer our pepper rings to plates and decorate with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
