Simple cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast

Ingredients:
100 g fat-free cottage cheese
1 egg
90 g whole grain flour (you can use oatmeal)
100 ml fat-free kefir
1/3 tsp soda

Cooking:
Mix all the ingredients, fry in a well-heated pan on both sides.
Best served with fruits and berries.

Enjoy your meal!
