Pancakes

Soft, fluffy! Very tender and delicious!

1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a whisk and put them in a water bath to warm up so that sugar (3 tablespoons) dissolves better. After this, beat with a mixer until a white thick foam!
2. Add there 2 tbsp of 250 gr. warm kefir (ryazhenka) and 2 tbsp. grows. oils;
3. Sift 2 tablespoons of 250 gr. flour, ext. 1 tsp salt and a bag of vanilla sugar;
4. Mix everything with a mixer or a whisk, until there are no lumps!
5. Положить 1 tsp without a slide of soda and leave the dough for 5 minutes.
6. Bake in a dry frying pan without oil. I baked them in a non-stick pan.
In size, they will be approximately smaller than pancakes, but larger than pancakes. I took the dough with a small ladle and poured it into the center of a well-heated pan. The dough will spread as it should.
Very quickly, a lot of bubbles will begin to appear on the surface. This is a signal to you that the pancake needs to be turned over urgently. Don’t wait for the bubbles to burst, flip to the other side immediately.
When you turn the pancake over, the finished side will be a uniform coffee color, and the cake itself will increase in size. Lightly toast the second side (it may not be completely uniform in color, this is normal).
Put the finished lush and tender handsome man from the pan onto a plate and pour the next portion of the dough.
