Healthy breakfast “Joy of Waking”

I can’t call myself an adherent of proper nutrition, but I try to bring maximum benefit to food. I am very pleased that my culinary views are shared by my son. We really like these breakfasts-lunches-perek moustache! I take such a jar with me to work, my son eats at home.

Matsoni
Milk – 1 l
Sourdough (for matsoni) – 1 package.

Honey – 1 tbsp. l.
Muesli – 2 tbsp. l.
Assorted berries (I have strawberries, wild strawberries and currants) – 100 g

To begin with, having prepared sour-milk products from Oursson sourdough, I realized that I want to eat them in their original, unprocessed form! They are so delicious that my hand does not rise to add them to pastries
Cooking matsoni.
With a thermos from Oursson, this is very easy, even if the house is not very warm. And very pleased with the lack of electricity consumption.
Mix milk with sourdough, stir thoroughly and put in a warm place. I like thicker sour milk, so I put it on at night. In the morning, a wonderful thick matsoni is ready, put it in the refrigerator until the evening …
In the evening, we wash the buckwheat and fill it with 5 tbsp. l. yogurt. We put it in the refrigerator.
