Breakfast muesli

Currently, muesli is considered one of the best options for a healthy dietary breakfast. You can buy ready-made mixes for cooking in the store, but it’s better to make muesli for breakfast yourself, there will be more benefits.

dry muesli ingredients
Oat flakes (“Hercules” TM “Mistral”) – 400 g
Bran (oatmeal TM “Mistral”) – 200 g
Flax seeds – 50 g
Walnuts – 100 g
Sugar – 50 g
Water – 50 ml
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Пряности (молотые:корица, гвоздика, имбирь) — 1 ч. l.
Date – 100 g
Milk chocolate (drops) – 50 g
Ingredients for muesli with yogurt
Muesli (freshly cooked) – 50 g
Yogurt (natural) – 100 g
Berry (raspberries to taste, cranberries – frozen)

Breakfast Muesli Recipe:
To prepare muesli for breakfast, I used oat flakes “Hercules” traditional, whole grain TM “Mistral” and oat bran TM “Mistral”.
Mix oat flakes “Hercules” TM “Mistral” and oat bran TM “Mistral”, flax seeds, chopped walnuts in a large bowl.
Mix sugar, water, vanilla sugar, oil and spices in another separate bowl. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
Put the prepared mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finely chop the dates and add to the baked mixture. Bake for another 20 minutes until the mixture is browned.
Cool the finished muesli completely, add chocolate drops to them.
Breakfast muesli is ready. Store muesli in an airtight container.
Good muesli with natural yogurt and berries. Put a thin layer of breakfast muesli on the bottom of a glass, then a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt and some berries of any kind (I have frozen cranberries and raspberries). Repeat layers. Top with berries and serve immediately! The family will be delighted.
