Coffee with cinnamon

It is not known for certain who was the first to come up with a recipe for coffee with cinnamon, but it is believed that in the 17th century cinnamon became the first spice that was added to a coffee drink. If you want variety, learn how to make coffee with cinnamon and get an invigorating warming drink filled with a special aroma.
How to brew coffee with cinnamon

This coffee should be brewed in Turkish as the preparation requires natural ground coffee. Thanks to the observance of proportions, you will get a delicious, sweet aromatic coffee.

Ingredients

Natural ground coffee – 1 tsp
Water – 125 ml;
Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp;
Sugar – 1/3 tsp
Recipe

1 From a ceramic jar we scoop a teaspoon with a small slide of coffee and pour it into a cezve. Add a third of a teaspoon of sugar and cinnamon powder, then put on fire. Don’t pour water! The first step is to warm the ingredients “dry”.
2 After 2 minutes, add a cup of water to the Turk. Remember that water should never be from the tap, unless you want to drink coffee without iron oxides and bleach. Water must be clean drinking. Separately, it must be said about the amount of water. Leave the 0.7 liter cup that was donated by colleagues on March 8th in its place. By “cup” is meant a miniature elegant coffee cup.
3 Put the Turk back on the fire. Keep an eye on your coffee and don’t leave it alone on the stove. When the coffee begins to boil, pour some into the prepared cup.
4 Repeat the manipulations and move the entire drink from the Turks into the cup for 3-4 times. So you get a chic coffee with a delicious and fragrant foam.
