Cinnamon Cappuccino

For preparation in the coffee machine.

1 First, prepare a traditional espresso. To do this, the vessel of the geyser coffee machine is filled with high-quality purified (spring) water to the appropriate mark, the grains are ground and the powder is placed in the upper vessel at the rate of 10 g per 180 ml, brewed for 3-5 minutes.
2 Cream or full-fat milk is taken in the same volume as coffee, whipped with a hand mixer or in a pitcher: cream (milk) is poured into a non-metallic refractory saucepan and the container is placed on the smallest fire. Whisk the liquid constantly until it begins to boil.
3 The resulting foam is carefully laid out on coffee and sprinkled with cinnamon. Your wonderful drink is ready!
