Insanely delicious coffee recipes.

1. Coffee “Burning Lava”

Ingredients:

Coffee brewed in a coffee maker – 3 cups
Cognac – 8 tbsp. l.
Zest of half a lemon
Zest of one orange
Cinnamon – 1 pinch
Nutmeg – 1 pinch
Sugar – 8 pieces

Cooking:

Nutmeg, cinnamon, zest should be mixed with 6 tablespoons of cognac – preferably in a metal bowl, and heated. Then add sugar there, set fire to the remaining cognac and pour it into sugar.
Pour coffee into the burning lava and stir well. The coffee is served very hot.

2. Coffee with ice cream and bananas

Ingredients:

Strong chilled coffee – 150 ml
Banana – 1 pc.
Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
vanilla ice cream – 100 g

Cooking:

Banana should be cut into large pieces and beat with sugar and coffee in a blender. When the mixture is smooth, add ice cream and beat until smooth. Serve in glasses.

3. “Mocha” with lemon

Ingredients:

Strong black coffee – 500 ml
Honey – 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice – to taste

Cooking:

Coffee must be prepared very strong (50-60 g of coffee is brewed in 500 ml of water). Filter hot brewed coffee. To do this, you need to use special envelopes made of filter paper. (Sold in most supermarkets). Add lemon juice and honey to filtered coffee.
Lemon juice gives the drink an amazing aroma, and honey – an unobtrusive sweetness. You need to drink this coffee from small cups.

4. Coffee-vanilla liqueur

Ingredients:

Vanillin – 5 g
Black coffee – 100 g
Water – 1l
Sugar – 1 kg
Alcohol – 500 ml

Cooking:

Vanilla insist on alcohol for 8 days. The next day, prepare a syrup from 750 g of water and sugar. Brew 100 g of coffee per 250 g of water. Combine syrup, coffee and add alcohol. Pour into bottles, close tightly and hold for three months.

5. Black Cat Coffee

Ingredients:

Strong coffee – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
Whiskey – 20 ml
Raw egg yolks – 2 pcs.

Cooking:

The yolks need to be ground with powdered sugar, while adding whiskey. Pour the resulting mixture into a cup and add black coffee.
