Oven baked oatmeal

Oatmeal porridge baked in the oven is a very easy to prepare, but nutritious, satisfying and healthy breakfast that anyone, even not the most experienced cook, can cook.

Preparation description:
As you know, breakfast is the most important meal for a person. However, most of us do not have time to cook in the morning. To solve this problem, I bring to your attention a recipe for oatmeal baked in the oven. The dish is cooked for about 45 minutes, but in fact you only need 5 minutes of free time – the rest of the time the porridge will be cooked without your participation. Breakfast is hearty, tasty and nutritious. And there is no need to live with sandwiches!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal – 2 Cups
Nuts – 1 Cup
Brown Sugar – 1/3 Cup
Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg – 1/8 teaspoon
Ground cloves – 1/8 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Milk – 2.5 cups
Butter – 2 tbsp. spoons
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 piece

How to cook Oatmeal Baked in the Oven
1 Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, chopped nuts, salt and spices (cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon).
2 In a separate bowl, mix butter, milk, egg and vanilla essence.
3 Mix the wet mixture with the dry.
4 Transfer the resulting mixture to a baking dish, lightly greased with butter.
5 Bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees.
6 We take out the finished porridge from the oven, lay it out on portioned plates.
7 I recommend pouring a little milk or yogurt into each plate, as well as adding some bananas. Breakfast is ready!
