Ingredients:

– cucumber
– Red pepper
– egg – 1 pc
– one bulb

– 2 carrots
– gelatin
– mayonnaise

Cooking:

We take 1 herring and disassemble it into 2 boneless fillets. Cucumber cut into thin slices.
Take half a red pepper and cut it into squares. Boiled egg and boiled carrot cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the greens.
Soak 1 tablespoon of soluble gelatin in 100 g of boiling water, stir until completely dissolved. Mix well 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2-3 tablespoons of gelatin solution.

Wrap tightly in the form of a sausage or a rectangle with cling film, tie the edges.
And put it away in the cold at night.
The next day we take it out and cut into beautiful pieces.

Ingredients:
– Salted red fish (salmon, trout, salmon) – 200 g.

2. Now we are preparing a salad for the bell. Grate raw carrots, cheese and garlic on a fine grater.
