Homemade Philadelphia cheese recipe

Philadelphia cheese at home
130 kcal per 100 gr
Ingredients:
– Milk – 1 l
-Kefir – 0.5 l
– Chicken egg – 1 pc.
-Salt – 1 tsp.
Citric acid (at the tip of a knife)

Cooking:
Pour the milk into a saucepan and put on the stove, over medium heat and stirring constantly, add salt, bring to a boil. Immediately after boiling, add kefir and mix until the mass curdles. We recline this mass on gauze, then hang it on gauze over the sink for 15 minutes and let the serum drain. Beat the egg and a little citric acid well. Add the resulting cottage cheese to the beaten egg and beat again until a homogeneous lush mass is obtained. Here is the finished cheese! Enjoy your meal!
