Cabbage casserole with meat
INGREDIENTS:
– White cabbage – 400 gr.
– Minced meat – 400 gr.
– Onion – 1 pc.
– Carrot – 1 pc.
– Olive oil for frying meat;
– Salt, ground black pepper – to taste.
FOR FILLING:
– Sour cream – 6 tbsp. l.
– Eggs – 3 pcs.
-Flour – 3 tbsp. l.
– Salt – to taste,
– Hard cheese – 50 gr. for sprinkling
COOKING:
Chop white cabbage, mash.
Cut the onion, grate the carrots, cheese.
Fry onions, carrots, minced meat, mix with cabbage.
Preparing the fill:
To do this, beat sour cream, eggs, flour and salt to taste until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour into cabbage with minced meat and mix.
Put everything in a greased multicooker bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mode “Baking” time – 50 min. After the signal, leave on heating for another 15 minutes.
