Pumpkin Curd Cake

Ingredients:

– Pumpkin – 250 gr.
– Milk – 100 ml.
– Low-fat cottage cheese – 270 gr.
– Egg – 1 pc.
– Hercules – 15 gr.
– Semolina – 1 tbsp. l.
– Yoghurt – 25 gr.
– Sweetener – to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
2. Bring milk to a boil, put pumpkin in it and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add sweetener to taste to pumpkin with milk. Cool down.
4. Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, yogurt separately. Add the cooled milk-pumpkin mixture, mix gently so as not to break the integrity of the pumpkin pieces.
5. Put this mixture into a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
