Carrot Curd Casserole

Ingredients:
1) Cottage cheese 0% 200 gr.
2) Carrot 100 gr.,
3) Egg 50 gr.,
4) Kefir 0% 30 ml.,
5) Sugar substitute, vanillin, cinnamon – to taste

Cooking:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater and mix with cottage cheese, egg and kefir. Add vanilla and cinnamon to taste. Pour into a mold and put in the oven until done.
