Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
– Chicken fillet – 400 grams;
Potatoes – 2 pcs;
Onion – 1 pc;
Tomato – 2 pcs;
Champignons – 250 grams;
Hard cheese – 100 grams;
Mayonnaise 250 – grams.

Cooking:
Chicken casserole in French, an excellent recipe if you need to prepare an exquisite dish for the festive table without much hassle, and not only. It turns out very juicy and tender and no one will remain indifferent to it.

First, cut the mushrooms into layers and fry them. You can also use marinated.

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin layers, pepper and beat off.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. Let’s start layering. To start the chicken, pour it with a little mayonnaise.

Then, potatoes, cut into semicircles and, again, mayonnaise.

Mushrooms and onions, mayonnaise.

Tomatoes, mayonnaise.

Pour abundantly with the remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cut the melted cheese into layers and put on top.

Cover the baking dish with a lid and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the lid and let the cheese brown for another 10 minutes.
