1) Cottage cheese banana casserole

Ingredients:

● 400 grams of fat-free cottage cheese
● 2 eggs
● 4 bananas
● 2 tsp. cinnamon

Cooking:

1. Beat cottage cheese, eggs, bananas, cinnamon in a blender (it is better to start with bananas and eggs, then add cottage cheese and cinnamon.
2. Pour into a mold (preferably silicone) and put in the oven for 35 minutes.
You can add any ingredients to your taste to the casserole: berries, fruits, dried fruits, nuts.

2) Cottage cheese and oatmeal fitness casserole: for breakfast!

Ingredients:

● 200 g fat-free cottage cheese
● 1 small egg
● 60 g oatmeal
● Stevia to taste

Cooking:

Pour the flakes with hot water. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, including the swollen oatmeal, grind with the foot of a blender until smooth. Put in a mold, bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

3) Honey cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients:

● Cottage cheese 9% 300 g
● Liquid honey 2 tablespoons
● Semolina 2 tablespoons
● Chicken egg 1 piece
● Sour cream 2 tablespoons
● Soda on the tip of a knife
● Dry yeast on the tip of a knife

Cooking:

1. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, honey, yolk, semolina, yeast and soda with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained and let stand for 25–30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Beat the protein until a stiff foam is obtained and mix with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained with the main dough.
3. Bake at 200 degrees.
4. Serve with honey, sour cream, cream or jam.

4) Light, berry casserole

Ingredients:

● Fat-free cottage cheese – 300 g
● Semolina – 70 g
● Egg — 1 pc.
● Fresh or frozen berries (cherries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.) – 370 g
● Soda – ½ tsp.

Cooking:

1. Pour a little semolina on the bottom of the baking dish so that the casserole does not stick.
2. Mix low-fat cottage cheese with berries, an egg, soda and two tablespoons of semolina.
3. Put everything in a mold, sprinkle a little on top with the remnants of semolina and put in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

5) Cottage cheese casserole with raisins

Ingredients:

● 500 g fat-free cottage cheese
● 3 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
● 5 tbsp. l. semolina
● 1 tbsp. l. baking powder or 0.5 teaspoon soda slaked with vinegar
● 2 tbsp. l. raisins
● Stevia, salt to taste

Cooking:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt. Gently mix into the curd mass, add raisins …. Pour the finished mass into a refractory form covered with parchment and bake for 45 minutes until the top becomes golden brown. Serve warm with natural yoghurt.

6) Cottage cheese casserole with apple and poppy seeds

Ingredients:

● 70 g. cottage cheese
● 1 medium egg
● 1-2 ст.l. honey
● 1 medium apple
● 1 tbsp.l. poppy

Cooking:

The recipe is really quick and easy. First you need to beat the cottage cheese with the egg – not to foam, but just mix well. Then add honey, poppy seeds and a chopped apple to the cottage cheese – if desired, the skin can be peeled off. Cook in a double boiler for 20-25 minutes, in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200C.
