For the recipe you will need:
flour – 2 cups
egg – 2 pcs.
bananas – 2 pcs.
butter – 100g
kefir – 1/4 cup
baking powder – 1 tsp
vanilla essence – 1 tsp
sugar – 3/4 cup
salt – 1/2 tsp
sunflower seeds – 1/4 cup
pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup.
To make Banana Seed Cake:

Roast the seeds for a few minutes in a pan. First, mix the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and seeds.

Mash bananas with a fork until pureed. Melt butter. Mix bananas with butter, vanilla, kefir and eggs. Pour in the dry mixture and mix gently – do not beat.

Preheat the oven to 180C degrees, bake for about 1 hour
