Chicken Pineapple Mini Cupcakes

For the recipe you will need:
flour – 1 cup
egg – 3 pcs.
mayonnaise – 200g
soda – 1 tsp
vinegar (to extinguish soda)
For filling:

chicken breast – 1 pc.
pineapple (canned) – 6 rings
dill (greens) – 1/2 bunch
cheese (hard) – 100g.
To make Mini Cupcakes with Chicken and Pineapple:

Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy foam. Add mayonnaise to beaten eggs, add sifted flour. Soda extinguish with vinegar, put it in the dough. Chop greens. Grate cheese on a coarse grater

Boil the chicken, cool, separate from the bones and cut into small cubes. Cut pineapples into small cubes. Put the chicken, pineapples, cheese and herbs into the dough, mix with a spoon.

Grease cupcake molds with butter and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs.

Pour batter into molds, filling them 2/3 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C. Readiness to check with a match.
