Selyanka baked bread with seeds

For the recipe you will need:
fermented baked milk – 350 ml
wheat flour – 250g
whole grain flour – 250g
yeast (high-speed) – 1.5 tsp
honey (liquid) – 1 tbsp.
salt – 2 tsp
sunflower seeds – 50g
To cook Selyansky bread on ryazhenka with seeds, you need:

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine container according to the instructions. Select the “Basic Dough” mode.

If there is no bread machine, then mix salt and yeast with the sifted flour. Add honey to ryazhenka at room temperature, mix. Pour the ryazhenka with honey into the dry mixture and knead the dough. The dough will be slightly sticky to your hands. Add seeds and mix well. Cover bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

After the signal of the bread machine, put the dough out, knead it well and transfer it to a greased cup. Cover bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, knead the dough and transfer to a bread pan, brushing it with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle the village bread on ryazhenka with whole grain flour, make cuts on the surface and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Bake in an oven preheated to 220C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190-200C and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
