Lithuanian bread with beer and fermented baked milk

For the recipe you will need:
rye flour – 250g
wheat flour – 250g
dark beer – 200 ml
fermented baked milk – 100 ml
yeast – 1.5 tsp
salt – 2 tsp
sugar – 1 tbsp
honey (liquid) – 1 tsp
egg – 1 pc.
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
To cook Lithuanian bread on beer and fermented baked milk you need:

Lay all the ingredients for Lithuanian bread on beer and ryazhenka according to the instructions for the bread machine: first, yeast, rye flour, wheat, salt, sugar, honey, egg, butter, beer and ryazhenka.

Select the “Basic” mode, size – L, crust color – medium. The program is designed for 4 hours.

Remove the finished bread from the container of the bread machine, cover with a napkin and let it rest.
