Bread with with flaxseed flour
For the recipe you will need:
wheat flour – 280g
flax flour – 70g
flax seeds – 3 tbsp.
yeast (dry) – 1 pinch
honey – 1 tsp
salt – 1 tsp
serum (or water) – 300 ml
To make Bread with flaxseed flour you need:
In warm whey or water, dilute the yeast with honey. Sift wheat flour, add salt, flaxseed flour, flax seeds and knead a slightly sticky dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with clingfilm and remove for proofing in a warm place for 1.5 hours, until the dough has increased by 2-2.5 times.
Knead the risen dough well, form a loaf, place in a greased form, cover with cling film and put the form in a warm place for proofing for 30-40 minutes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 50 minutes.
Transfer the finished bread with flaxseed flour to the table, cover with a napkin and let cool.
