Healthy Bread from bran

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons oat bran
6 tablespoons wheat bran
4 eggs
6 tablespoons soft low-fat cottage cheese
dough baking powder
salt, stevia, spices (coriander, oregano)

Cooking:
Beat eggs, add oat and wheat bran. Then add soft cottage cheese, salt, stevia, spices (coriander, oregano). Mix everything well, add baking powder, put in a silicone mold and in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
