PoHealthy Bread

Ingredients:
Oatmeal 1 cup
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Honey 1.5 tbsp. l.
Skimmed milk 1 cup
Разрыхлитель 2 ч. l.
Соль 1/2 ч. l.

Cooking:
Preheat oven to 230*C. Do this before you start kneading the dough!
Grind the oatmeal in a food processor or coffee grinder (preferred but not required). In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, dissolve the honey in the olive oil, then add the milk and stir.
Combine both mixtures and mix until you have a soft dough.
Roll the dough into the desired shape of the bread and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
