Yeast-Free Diet Bread

Ingredients:
200 ml fat-free kefir
0.5 cup oatmeal (crushed oatmeal)
1 egg
1 cup whole grain flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. l. dried tomatoes
1 st. l. dried basil
0.5 tsp salt

Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 230 * C, put in it a form in which you will bake bread. In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, tomatoes and basil. To stir thoroughly. In another bowl, shake the egg with a fork, add kefir, mix. Pour the mixture of liquid ingredients into the dry mixture, mix with a spatula. Take out the form, grease with oil and lay out the dough, it will turn out to be of medium consistency, not thick, but not liquid either. Put in the oven and bake at 230 * C for 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 * C and bake for another 15 minutes, look at readiness, check with a toothpick.
Remove bread, cool slightly and serve warm.
