Grump CasseroleIbami and Cheese

For the dough: 2 cups of self-rising flour, 100 g of margarine, 1 jar of sour cream (170 ml)
For the filling: 200 g finely grated cheese, 500 g fresh or canned strained mushrooms, 1 jar sour cream (170 ml), 3 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste

Heat oven to medium temperature. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, knead and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling: put cheese, mushrooms, sour cream, eggs, nutmeg in a large bowl, mix everything, season with salt and pepper. Lay out the dough on a baking sheet. There is no need to roll it out, it can be laid simply by hand. Spread the filling over the pastry layer and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Recipe note: If there is a lot of dough, you can freeze the excess until the next time.
