Salmon Mushroom Casserole

Heat oven to medium temperature. Put the bread in a flat dish and pour over the milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently squeeze each slice. Do not pour out the milk, it will come in handy later. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place 10 slices of bread on it. Put a layer of salmon on the bread, sprinkle with mushrooms and cover with a second layer of squeezed bread.
