Assorted vegetable casserole

Assorted vegetable casserole, boiled rice and minced meat is a very tasty and beautiful dish seasoned with spicy spices and garnished with tomatoes and herbs. This casserole can be the main dish on both the everyday table and the festive one.

Ingredients:

1 st. rice
0.3 kg of minced meat;
0.4 kg of frozen mixed vegetables;
1 onion;
1 egg;
2 small tomatoes;
4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
1 st. l. olive oil;
1 st. l. butter;
1 st. l. breadcrumbs or hard cheese;
1 ч. l. universal spices for meat;
1 ч. l. universal seasoning for vegetables;
2-3 tbsp. l. water;
1 ч. l. turmeric;
black pepper and salt.
Cooking:

Rinse the rice and boil until cooked, following the instructions on the package. There is no need to salt water for rice.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. l. odorless sunflower oil.
For a vegetable mix with rice and meat, you need to purchase a frozen vegetable platter of potatoes, carrots, onions, green peas and green beans. So, put the vegetable platter into hot oil, season with seasoning for vegetables and salt, fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked, stirring constantly.
In a bowl, mix water and turmeric.
Pour boiled rice and salt to the fried vegetables, pour in a mixture of turmeric and water. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
Cut the onion into large half rings and fry in sunflower oil until transparent.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, knead well with a fork and pour into a pan with onions. Туда же добавить 1 st. l. butter and spices for meat. Mix everything and fry until minced meat is ready.
Put the cooled minced meat with onions in a blender bowl. Crack in the egg, mix everything and chop. At the same time, this procedure will not only grind the ingredients, but also make the minced meat very tender.
Take two small baking dishes. In each form, lay out the rice mixture and minced meat in layers, alternating them one after another. The bottom layer should be rice and vegetables, and the top one must be minced meat.
Fill the top layer of the dish with either breadcrumbs or grated hard cheese.
Cut the tomatoes into half slices, put on top of a layer of cheese (crackers) and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the vegetable mixture with rice and meat for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
