Braised chicken with sweet peppers

Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet 900 g
• Carrot 300 g
• Onion 300 g
• Bell pepper sweet 300 g
• Soy sauce 50 ml

Cooking:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, put the chicken in it and pour in the water. Simmer over medium heat.
2. While the chicken is cooking, finely chop the onion, peel and cut the sweet pepper into pieces and grate the carrots.
3. Add all vegetables to the pan and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
4. Add water little by little as it evaporates. When all vegetables and meat are soft, add soy sauce.
5. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
