Baked chicken

Ingredients:

● 800 g chicken fillet
● 600 g onion
● 400 g mushrooms
● 200 g low-fat cheese
● 250-350 g yoghurt
● 3-4 tomatoes
● salt, pepper to taste
● if desired, you can add a mixture of French herbs, basil or
rosemary

*Cooking:

1. Put the chopped onion into a non-stick baking sheet, lightly add it
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small “chops”, lightly beat them, pepper, salt, spread on top of the onion
3. Put chopped champignons on top of each fillet, then chopped tomatoes in rings, also lightly add them.
4. Next, coat each piece with yogurt, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top
5. Keep in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the temperature.
