Surprise chicken fillet baked in foil

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
Milk – 1 stack.
Medium potatoes – 6 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Tomato – 2 pcs.
Egg – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Cheese – 150-200 g
Vegetable oil – for lubrication of molds
Mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream) – 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Greens – for decoration

Cooking :

1. Cut the chicken fillet into not very large pieces. Pour milk and let stand for 1-1.5 hours to make the chicken softer.
2. In the meantime, we will prepare the foil molds in which we will prepare the “Surprise”. To do this, fold the foil several times and lay it on the bottom of the jar.
3. We bend the edges and remove from the jar. Forms are ready. By the way, in such forms you can bake Easter cakes for Easter. If there is no foil at hand – it does not matter, cook “Surprise” in the usual form.
4. We put the forms on a baking sheet. Lubricate each mold with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into slices and lay them out in a bowl. Salt, pepper.
5. Next, lay the onion, cut into half rings. Then – chicken fillet. Salt and pepper to taste. For pouring: break eggs into a plate, add mayonnaise and shake. Drizzle the chicken with the filling (2 tablespoons per serving). If the filling is not enough, make another portion.
6. Put a circle of tomato on top. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and grated cheese. We send to bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
