Chicken cooked in orange juice

A recipe with a secret ingredient that will make chicken even juicier and softer. You’ll like it!

Cooking Ingredients:

For chicken:

2 large chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
3 eggs;
2 teaspoons garlic salt (seasoning);
a teaspoon of any hot sauce (for example, tobasco);
1 cup flour;
0.5 teaspoon of pepper;

For sauce:

half a cup of mayonnaise;
4-5 tablespoons of spicy sweet sauce;
zest of half an orange;
half a cup of orange juice (you can squeeze fresh directly from the orange);
green onions for decoration.

How to prepare our wonderful dish?

Preheat oven to 180°. Cut the chicken breast into portions, about 3 cm.
In a deep bowl, mix three eggs, a teaspoon of garlic salt and a little hot sauce.
Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and mix well.
In a flat bowl, mix flour, remaining garlic salt and a little black pepper.

Roll each piece of chicken in flour and place on foil. If desired, instead of baking in the oven, the chicken can simply be fried in a pan.
Bake the breasts for about 15 minutes at 180°. Put them under the grill for five minutes to brown.

While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce. To do this, mix half a cup of mayonnaise, 4-5 tablespoons of Thai spicy sweet sauce, zest of half an orange and half a cup of orange juice
Stir until a homogeneous liquid mass.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Put the finished chicken in the sauce and mix thoroughly so that all the pieces of the breast are covered with the sauce. The flour on the chicken will add extra thickness and transparency to the sauce.

Once the sauce has thickened to the desired consistency, turn off the stove and add chopped green onions (you can use any greens you like)
It can be served on its own or with any side dish.
