Surprise Chicken Fillet” , baked in foil

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet 3 pcs.
Milk 1 glass
Medium potatoes 6 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Tomato 2 pcs.
Egg 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
Cheese 150 – 200 gr.
Vegetable oil for greasing molds
Mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream) 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste
Greens for decoration

Cooking :

Chicken fillet cut into pieces not very large.

Pour milk and let stand for 1 – 1.5 hours to make the chicken softer.

In the meantime, we will prepare foil forms in which we will prepare our “Surprise”. To do this, fold the foil several times and lay it on the bottom of the jar. I had this popcorn bucket:

We bend the edges so that the mold is even and remove from the jar. Forms are ready. By the way, in such forms you can bake Easter cakes for Easter. If you don’t have any foil on hand, don’t worry, prepare Surprise in the usual way.

We put the forms on a baking sheet. Lubricate each mold with vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into slices and lay them out in a bowl. Salt, pepper.

Next, lay the onion, cut into half rings.

Then comes the chicken fillet. Also salt and pepper to taste.

To pour into a plate, break the eggs, add mayonnaise and shake.

Drizzle the chicken with the filling (2 tablespoons per serving). if the filling is not enough, make another portion.

Place a slice of tomato on top.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic.

And sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send to bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Decorate with herbs and serve! Enjoy your meal !
