Vegetable Spaghetti Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

Spaghetti – 300 g
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Champignons – 6 pcs.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Bulb – 1 pc.
Soy sauce – 50 ml
Greens

Cooking:

1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until fully cooked.
2. Cut the champignons and bell pepper into slices.
3. Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. Add slices of champignons, pepper and fry them with onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
5. When the mushrooms and peppers become soft, add soy sauce.
6. Put spaghetti on a plate and mix with vegetables. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top.
