Salad with Celery and Cabbage
I confess, only recently I tried petiole celery for the first time. I made this salad, then I tried different options, but I liked this one the most. Very tasty! You can also make it with mayonnaise and it will be a real masterpiece! Celery is very refreshing.
Quantity – 2 servings.
Cooking time – 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
White cabbage 1/3 head
Celery petiole 2 pcs.
Apples 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 pc.
Cheese 80 g
Salt, oil (mayonnaise) to taste. Cooking steps
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots. Salt and shake a little with your hands.
Step 2
Cheese, apples (without peel) and celery also grate. Grate the apples last so that they do not darken.
Step 3
If necessary, add more salt, sugar, pour oil (or season with mayonnaise). Mix well. You can let the salad stand in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes – then it will infuse and taste better.
