Sugar-Free Kiwi Jam

If your diet does not accept sugar, but you want sweets, I offer you a recipe for sugar-free kiwi jam. Kiwi is a sour fruit and this savory flavor will be better felt in jam.

Preparation description:
To make a delicious sugar-free kiwi jam, add some sweet apples to the jam, which will offset the sour taste of the kiwi (although its presence depends on the kiwi variety).
1. Wash kiwi in cold water and peel. Cut the peeled fruit into small pieces.
2. Wash apples too and cut into small pieces or slices. Apples can be peeled if desired.
3. Kiwi and apples are thrown into the pan. If the kiwis are hard, pour 2 cups of drinking water into the pan.
4. Add gelatin, lemon juice to the pan.
5. Mix everything thoroughly. Bring the jam to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and leave for half an hour.
6. Let the jam cool down and serve.

If you want to prepare jam for the winter in large quantities, we do the same, keep the proportions, but first prepare the jars for storage. Before pouring the cooled jam into jars, they must be sterilized in boiled water.

Ingredients:
Kiwi – 1 Kilogram
Apple – 2-3 Pieces
Gelatin – 1 piece
Lemon juice – 4 tbsp. spoons
