Sugar-Free Quince Jam

Quince jam without sugar is our favorite diet treat that everyone can eat: both adults and children. Some secret recipe tricks make this jam very tasty and extremely juicy.

Ingredients:
Quince – 5-6 Pieces
Water – 4 glasses
Lemon zest – 1 tbsp. spoon
Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
Fructose – 4 cups

How to make Sugar Free Quince Jam
1 Quince thoroughly washed under running water.
2 Quince grind in a blender.
3 Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
4 Then we put the quince in a saucepan, fill it with water, add the juice and zest. Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Quince should become soft. Then add fructose, mix, bring to a boil again. We remove the temperature and cook the jam for about an hour over very low heat. At this time, the jam should acquire a beautiful pink hue.
5 We let the finished jam cool down a little, then pour it into sterilized jars and roll it up. Ready!
