Roast hearts with mushrooms in a pot or a very quick tasty dinner

The simplest and fastest is a dish in the oven .. And the most delicious thing besides baking is, of course, pots, especially since my boys just love roast ..

On the way home, I bought a little less than 1 kg of chicken hearts (700 grams), so I decided to use them ‘in consumption’))

As I said, everything is very fast and simple ..

I washed the hearts and cut off the excess from them – quickly fried them in a pan (literally a minute or two), salted them, sprinkled them with a little seasoning … I put them on the bottom of the pot

I also laid out lightly fried onions and carrots on top .. Meanwhile, my senior assistant had already peeled 3 potatoes, they were also cut and went to hearts and vegetables ..
I salted it a little, peppered it .. While I was cutting potatoes, the mushrooms (mushrooms from the freezer) were already slightly fried in the pan) .. I put them on top of the potatoes ..
She poured a glass of cream into a bowl, salted it a little, sprinkled it a little with Provence herbs, added another half a glass of cream with a stirred tablespoon of starch
She poured cream over the roast so that they almost covered the contents of the pot …. She covered everything with grated cheese on top ..
I covered it with a lid, put it in a cold oven for 20-30 minutes, set the temperature to 180 degrees ..

After a while, I removed the lid and left it in the oven for another 5 minutes so that the cheese was lightly browned.
Awesome, just the most tender roast in a creamy sauce with melted viscous cheese ….. And what flavors filled the kitchen – just mmmm!!
