TOP 5 Chicken Breast Dinners

1. Quick chicken cutlets

INGREDIENTS:
● Chicken breast — 1 pc.
● Egg — 1 pc.
● Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
● Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
● Salt to taste
● Ground black pepper to taste

COOKING:
1. Finely chop the chicken breast, add the egg, flour, season and mix well.
2. Put in small portions on a hot pan and fry until cooked and golden brown

2. Chicken breast baked with tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:
● chicken breast fillet 4 pcs.
● cherry tomatoes 6-8 pcs. (you can take ordinary small ones)
● salt, ground black pepper, dried rosemary to taste
● sweet mini-pepper (can be replaced with ordinary pepper) 6 pcs.
● sprig of fresh rosemary for serving
● olive oil for greasing the mold

COOKING:
Rinse the chicken breast fillet, dry, grate with salt, black pepper or any other spices. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes lengthwise into 3-4 parts. Make not very deep cuts over the entire surface of the fillet, into which to put slices of tomato. Sprinkle with dried rosemary on top. Transfer chicken fillet to a baking dish. Put the sweet mini-pepper cut into two parts around it and send it to the oven. Bake the fillet at a temperature of 200-210 degrees for about 30 minutes. Transfer the finished fillet to a dish, pour over the juice released during baking, decorate with baked sweet pepper, a sprig of fresh rosemary and immediately submit.

3. Delicious chicken chops

INGREDIENTS:
● 500-600 g chicken fillet
● 150 g natural yoghurt
● 70 g tomato paste
● 2 ч. l. honey
● 2 cloves of garlic
● pepper, salt to taste
● a piece of ginger the size of a thimble

COOKING:
Pass garlic and ginger through a press. Thoroughly mix the marinade in a plastic container, try, bring to taste. Cut the fillet into pieces, beat off. Cut the chops with a knife, dip in the marinade, mix so that the meat is completely covered with marinade. Put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours (we stood for a day). The marinade is completely absorbed into the meat. Bread the chops in small oatmeal and fry over low heat until golden brown.

4. Fragrant chicken breast with herbs

INGREDIENTS:
● 2-3 chicken breasts
● 1 tbsp. l. lime (lemon) juice
● 2 garlic cloves
● salt, black pepper

COOKING:
In a small bowl, combine a drop of olive oil, pressed garlic, seasonings and rub evenly into the chicken breasts. If time permits, let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Before cooking, if the chicken has been in the refrigerator, let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (time permitting). Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat to about 200°C. Put the breasts in a pan and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side. Then turn over again, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chicken). Leave for 5 minutes after cooking.

5. Chicken baked with mushrooms and tomato paste

INGREDIENTS:
● chicken breast 650 g
● champignons 220 g
● half bulb
● tomato paste 70 g
● water 100-150 ml
● salt, pepper, herbs to taste

COOKING:
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces. Cut the mushrooms and fry in a pan without oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the chicken, place in a baking dish and add the mushrooms. Chop the onion and add to the chicken, mix everything. Put the pasta in a separate plate and add water, mix. Pour over chicken and mushrooms and stir. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Decorate with herbs to taste.
