Pumpkin cutlets

Vegetable cutlets among light food lovers are no less popular than classic meat cutlets in general. Today we will talk about cooking delicious pumpkin cutlets – a very successful version of vegetable cutlets!
Cutlets are made from carrots, beets, potatoes, zucchini and other vegetables. And, of course, they are also made from pumpkin, one of the most versatile vegetables in the culinary plan. There are many recipes for such cutlets, which one to choose depends on your preferences. According to this recipe, pumpkin cutlets are prepared in a very interesting way: with the addition of potatoes, eggs, onions, garlic, flour and even oatmeal! Thanks to such a rich recipe composition, they turn out to be very tasty, their taste is not only pumpkin, but rather a harmonious combination of the tastes of all the products used. Therefore, it is likely that even those who do not really like pumpkins may well like them!
After cooking you will get 4 servings
Cooking time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:

pumpkin, 500 g
potatoes, 200 g
garlic, 3-4 cloves
egg, 1 pc.
bulb, 1 pc.
oatmeal, 1 cup
wheat flour, 2-3 tbsp
vegetable oil
spices
salt
HOW TO PREPARE PUMPKIN CUTLETS:
Peel the pumpkin and potatoes, scrape out the fibers with the pumpkin seeds, grate the pulp on a medium grater or chop in a blender, do the same with the potatoes and mix the vegetables.
Добавить к тыкве с картофелем измельченные лук и чеснок (нарезанные как можно мельче или тоже измельченные блендером), вбить яйцо, всыпать salt и приправы по вкусу, вымешать фарш рукой.

Grind oatmeal with a blender into flour, pour into minced meat along with wheat flour, mix – the mass should turn out to be medium-thick.

Оставить замешанный овощной фарш на 10мин, в сковороде разогреть vegetable oil.

With wet hands, form cutlets from the pumpkin mass, put them in a pan and fry in batches of several pieces over medium heat on both sides until cooked for about 10-15 minutes (total frying time), always under the lid.

Serve hot pumpkin cutlets.
