Beijing cabbage salad with crab sticks and corn

This original salad can be prepared for dinner or served as a festive salad. In any case, it will look bright and harmonious on the table.

To prepare a Chinese cabbage salad with crab sticks and corn, you will need:

Crab sticks 250 g
Canned corn 1 ban.
Chinese cabbage 400 g
Celery 1 stalk
Tomato 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper ½ pcs.
Dill
Green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp.
Honey 1 tsp
Cooking a dish according to the recipe “Beijing cabbage salad with crab sticks and corn”
Crab sticks cut into thin slices or cubes.
Peking cabbage cut into thin strips.
Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into small pieces, the celery stalk into thin slices.
Combine all ingredients, add some salt and pepper.
For dressing, combine honey with lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix.
Before serving, pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and green onions, mix and serve. Enjoy your meal!
